The hotel was conveniently located, with access to both the airport and the Christmas markets. I found it quite easy to control the room temperature, and the availability of numerous electrical outlets was very helpful. The movable beds in the triple room proved excellent for our group. We appreciated the ease with which we could travel to the city's attractions.
I noticed a very slight inconvenience, breakfast options felt somewhat limited.

The room featured excellent bed facilities ensuring comfortable sleep. I also noticed that each guest had a sense of privacy. The spaciousness and a window allowed for refreshing the environment as needed. I found the division of the bathroom into two rooms particularly useful when traveling with friends.

I found it very easy to reach city center. One can walk, or use readily available transportation. The staff was smiley and always reachable to help. I liked that the hotel stored my luggage before I checked in to my room.
The hotel does not have adequate luggage storage. The management needs to consider creating a proper luggage storage room. Having such a facility is very important for me.

i found the room very quiet. the location is nice, about 25 minutes on foot from stephansplatz. reception staff were helpful. the hotel has private parking.
The mattresses felt uncomfortable. I could feel the wires. i found the lockers below the bed difficult to open, as they lacked handles.

the staff was helpful. i especially appreciated the 24-hour front desk. the facilities included a shared kitchen that was bright and well-equipped. there was also luggage storage available after checkout, very convenient for my travel plans!
the tv in my room didn't work ,it was a minor inconvenience though.
